music lessons

FOR BEGINNERS, INTERMEDIATES
& PROFESSIONALS

Complete beginner or looking to brush up on your skills? Everybody has a story to tell. Whoever you are and whatever your goal, I can help you realise your musical potential.

I trained at the Royal College of Music and Royal Northern College of Music, and have over 15 years of teaching experience. I've worked with children and adults of all ages and abilities, from complete beginners, students studying for a music degree, to professional musicians looking to brush up or learn something new. My versatility as a teacher means that students benefit from a highly structured and custom made learning experience that can reasonably cover any style of music that you may wish to learn in.

Whether you need support for primary, secondary, GCSE, A-level, B-tech, ABRSM, degree level music, or just enjoy playing music as a hobby, I can work to meet your needs at a pace which feels comfortable to you.

LESSON FORMATS

Safety is my top priority so in the current climate all tuition is offered online in accordance with COVID government regulations and guidelines.

Online lessons will always be available, but when the world gets back to normal, my studio is based in the Teddington, Richmond, Twickenham, Hampton, Kingston area of South-West London. For face-to-face lessons students attend at my studio or I can travel to teach in students' homes in the local area.

My studio acts as a complete production suite with all of the most up to date software alongside high quality recording equipment - a great opportunity for any student to learn to write and record on their instrument.

MY BOYS UTTERLY ADORE HIM AND WOULD SIT DOWN WITH HIM FOR HOURS. HIS RAPPORT WITH THEM GETS THEM VERY COMFORTABLE WITH LEARNING. NEITHER OF THEM HAD PICKED UP AN INSTRUMENT BUT IN SIX MONTHS CAN FLUENTLY READ MUSIC – UNBELIEVABLE! WE WERE VERY LUCKY TO FIND HIM.
